The Dahiya Doctrine is an IOF initiative towards the mass destruction of non-military infrastructure and the massacre of civilians.
Disproportionate Force Is Regularly Used to Inflict IOF Terror
Contrary to the narrative of Liberal Western Democracies and Genocidal Media, The Apartheid Regime has never had a desire for peace. They’d rather kill everyone, including infants, instead of a ceasefire. The IOF is addicted to mass murder, and killing Palestinians isn’t enough for them to get a fix — the Lebanese are some of their other victims. Within their own institutions, they openly talk about implementing disproportionate force as a war tactic. The Apartheid Regime’s Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) says military and civilian targets should be destroyed, to hurt the people both militarily and economically.
Disproportionate force is intentionally used by IOF terrorists against civilians in an effort to turn civilians against their military forces. The Apartheid Regime believes these civilian victims will rise up and overthrow their military apparatus. As the population is killed, wounded, and enduring psychological trauma at the hands of The Apartheid Regime, they’re expected to break down and side with their IOF abuser.
Attacking civilians is a clear war crime, but why do we expect The Apartheid Regime to care about the law, or care about human beings in general? Unlike The Hannibal Directive, which is supposed to be an unofficial suggestion, The Dahiya Doctrine is official IOF policy.

The Dahiya Doctrine of the 2006 Lebanon War
The IOF’s goal of targeting civilians was born during their reign of terror in Lebanon, with the Lebanese faction, Hezbollah, serving as an excuse. Named after the Dahiya neighborhood in Beirut, the IOF carpet bombed apartment buildings, claiming them to be Hezbollah strongholds. IOF terror attacks on Dahiya in 2006 became a future mandate of The Apartheid Regime. The Hannibal Directive was also blamed on Hezbollah, when the organization successfully captured IOF terrorists in 1986.
“What happened in the Dahiya quarter of Beirut in 2006 will happen in every village from which [The Apartheid Regime ]is fired on,” [IOF Major General Gadi Eizenkot] said in an interview in October 2008. “We will apply disproportionate force on it and cause great damage and destruction there. From our standpoint, these are not civilian villages, they are military bases.”

This is where the lies about Lebanese civilians storing rockets and missiles in their homes comes from. While the IOF continued to murder innocent people and destroy non-military infrastructure, they used this lie as justification — saying Hezbollah was to blame for IOF terror attacks. The same fiction is used against the Palestinians — claiming Hamas stores weapons in schools, mosques, hospitals so the IOF has an excuse to genocide Palestinians. Don’t worry though, the genocidal media has no problem perpetuating this deceit.
IOF Terror Mandates During the Ongoing Palestinian Genocide (October 7th, 2023 – Present Day)
The Dahiya Doctrine is actively applied to the Palestinians in Gaza. Everything and everyone has been destroyed by the IOF terror apparatus. Hospitals, schools, churches, mosques, homes, UN facilities, and other general infrastructure no longer exists because of The Apartheid Regime. The Lancet, a peer-reviewed British medical journal had an estimated death toll of over 186,000. This figure is based on a calculation of indirect deaths — The Lancet multiplied the old, 37,396 casualty number by 5 (4 indirect deaths for every 1 direct death).
This US medics volunteering in Palestine sent an eight-page letter to President Joe Biden, stating the death toll is over 92,000. Using The Lancet’s calculation, the estimated death toll is really over 460,000 (92,000 multiplied by 5, 4 indirect deaths for every 1 direct death). The letter to Biden is dated July 25, 2024, and the publishing of this article is October 7th, 2024 — it’s not hard to accept today’s number of estimated Palestinian deaths is over half-a-million!
The Apartheid Regime wants IOF terror to be a permanent memory of the civilian population.
